The meeting was called to order at 6:35 by Chris White

Chris read the invocation and Kristine McLean called the roll call.

Ginger Armstrong brought the motion to approve the minutes from the September meeting and Tina Buford second that motion.

Michelle read the treasure’s report and reported the numbers from Camo and Crystal.

Chris gave Camo and Crystal committee a big thank you for all the hard work they did.

Lisa Cherrington reported on the Ronald McDonald House shower. It was a success and was thankful for everybody that attended. She reminded everybody to participate in the decorating of the house for Christmas.

Cori Thomas reported on Done in a Day. The chili cook off will be on November 6th on Jackson Street. She was asking people to please sign up for volunteering and to please wear a hat and your Junior League shirt.

Carly Thomas reported on cookbook. She stated that who ever sells the most cookbooks this year will receive to Southwest airline tickets and a day Spa. She asked to please sign up for the Birding Festival and sell those cookbooks.

Lisa Guerro reported on hour sheets and how we could possibly combine the sheets.

Teri Springfield reported on the Children’s Gala. She reported that it is an easy way to pick up hours. Please contact her if you need hours. She also reported that November 9th you can volunteer at the hospital.

The holiday coffee is coming up and Chris is asking everybody to please bring a new book to donate to the children’s area at Valley Baptist Hospital.

Ginger updated us on the attic sale. Start saving up those unwanted items because it is just around the corner.

Chris reminded us that cluster meetings will be November 17th and to sign up for a house you would like to attend. Also you need to sign up for an item to bring.

Patti Zimny updated us on the sustainer list and several sustainers have reinstated.
